VIP Relations Associate

We are seeking a dedicated VIP Relations Associate to join our team at ART MUMBAI.

The Associate will play a critical role in enhancing the experience of high-profile guests, collectors, and stakeholders at our art fair. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for the arts, and the ability to manage relationships with influential individuals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The associate will ensure that VIPs receive personalized attention, seamless logistics, and exclusive access to events, fostering long-term engagement with the art fair.

Responsibilities:

• VIP Guest Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for VIPs, including collectors, gallery owners, curators, and other high-profile attendees, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and discretion.
• Event Coordination: Assist in managing exclusive onsite and offsite VIP events, such as private previews, artist meet-and-greets, and curated tours, ensuring flawless execution and a memorable experience.
• Communication: Provide timely and tailored communications to VIPs, including personalized invitations, schedules, and updates on fair programming.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, curatorial, and operations teams to align VIP programming with the overall goals of the art fair.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in client relations, event planning, or a similar role, preferably in the arts, luxury, or hospitality sectors.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge: Passion for contemporary art and familiarity with the art market and stakeholders
• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required during the art fair and related events.
• Languages: Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong asset.
