The Website is owned and managed by Mumbai Art Fair Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its principal place of business located at 1A, Ground Floor, Industry Manor, Prabhadevi Mumbai – 400025 (hereinafter referred to as "us or we" in the first person and "Art Mumbai" wherever the context requires). These terms and conditions of use form the entirety of any express or implied contract that may or may be deemed to exist between us and you, the users of the Site.
Definition:
“Website” means all publicly accessible website/s owned by Mumbai Art Fair Private Limited, including websites accessed through the “Art Mumbai” domain.

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mumbai, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Website/s. Use of the Website/s is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Art Mumbai as a result of this agreement or use of the Website/s. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
15. All contents of the Websites are copyright protected in favour of Art Mumbai and/or its suppliers. All trademarks, names, brand names, etc. used on the Website/s are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Art Mumbai. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
